Loading... Please wait...The MXR Carbon Copy Delay has a completely analog audio path for the ultimate in rich, warm delay-made possible only by old-school bucket brigade technology. It has an amazing 600ms of delay time with optional modulation (via top-mounted switch) and a simple, three-knob layout that controls Delay time, Mix (dry/wet blend), and Regen (delay repeats)-all in a pedal no bigger than a Phase 90. It also has two internal trim pots that offer user-adjustable width and rate control of the modulation for even more tonal options. Crisp "bathroom" slap echoes to epic, Gilmour-esque delays with a twist of a knob. True hardwire bypass, single 9-volt operation, and stage-ready blue LEDs round out the package. One of the very best pedals MXR has brough out! R$319

This is how a delay should sound. It's nice and simple for idiots like me, plus it's super warm and so solid you could kill a man with it. This pedal makes me sound like I can actually play guitar, which is really the ultimate test of any piece of gear in my mind.

I am a Delay junkie. I have owned about 15 delays and this is the one I have on my pedal board. (I have owned Memory Man, Chandler, T-Rex, and a stack of others)
I have two tape echos (WEM and a Fulltone TTE) and this pedal gives me that same sonic warmth.
I play roots rock and roll and rockabilly.

Man I love this pedal. I use a few MXR effects and I reckon they should be cosidered up there in the boutique catergory. I had read and heard so much about this pedal before it was released that I wondered if it was going to hold up to all the praise. It did, and still does. If you want pure warm analog delay in a small stomp box and the digital stuff leaves you a bit flat, look no further. This one will stay on my pedal board permantly. The trim pots for the modulation were an awesome idea.
